An existing project in market that had been launched 8 months earlier and had not generated any quantity of sales. The developer switched selling agents to 360 RMP, and handed the marketing over to MAMA. From there we relaunched on 25 October 2018 with a fresh campaign look and stronger digital marketing strategy. Within 4 months the project has achieved 60% sold with construction committed to commence March 2019.
