Presiding over a glorious stretch of first class riverfront, Banc is a new destination for elite living. With most levels hosting just two or three layouts, all with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, dramatic 2.75 metre ceilings, and full-sized balconies, broad panoramic views of the Brisbane River stretch from each of Banc’s 33 residences.
Since construction commenced we have achieved $12M sales in 60 days. Specific markets were targeted in a social media advertising campaign that told the right story to the right people. Our sole source of enquiries have been generated via social media campaigns. Banc was in a difficult position in the market. The development offered a quality product, but the developer had no choice but to remove the onsite Display Centre to make way for construction, beginning in mid-2017. After this, sales teams were finding it difficult to secure sales from leads generated by editorial and onsite signage. There was an opportunity identified to use targeted Facebook advertising through Sponsored Posts and Lead Forms to grow the existing base of leads, effectively widening the net. Local downsizers and professionals were targeted through social media by telling a story of the development’s exclusivity, amenity and lifestyle opportunities. With a tailored campaign selling specific stock by using targeted images and language, the sales team were able to identify quality leads to focus on. Now, off the success of this campaign, sales are progressing well, as is construction.
